speaking reflection (al)
To be honest, i did not have a converstion with my conversation partner because i’m not in touch with them yet. But today i had an conversation with my friend on the Common when i was taking my lunch. He is from Gambia ans his major is Accountancy. He talked about what happen to him today because he was wearing a suit when we meet inside the common. He told me that he just come from the court. he has been judged and he lost. His violation was speeding. He has been jugded because he did not pay the fine. Now he has a debt of 250 dollars. This conversation was very interessting because i learnt that it’s better to pay a fine when you have it instead of going to the court.
Thank you for your honesty. While the conversation partner program is optional, I wonder if you have been in touch with either of your partners yet. If not, why not? Though this is not a writing class, I have a small suggestion for you. When you write “I” as in the first person singular pronoun, please capitalize the word.
